Spiaggia Li Junchi
A few minutes drive away from Beach Base Apartments you will find a blue-flag awarded, Spiaggia Li Junchi – the closest sandy beach, perfect for families (clean waters, lifeguards, amenities, beach bars, parking in direct proximity).

Spiaggia della Baia delle Mimose
located 5 km from the village of Badesi, it overlooks the bright blue waters of the Golfo dell’Asinara. On a clear day, you can see Corsica in the far distance. It tends to remain a quiet beach throughout the summer season, ideal for those who do not like crowds.

Hiking and Mountain Biking Trails
Beach Base is surrounded by greenery, rocky formations of the Limbara Mountains and the nearby Valley of the Moon. On good days the snowy mountain tops of Corsica are well visible. Scenic and diversified hiking trails can be found nearby as well as mountain bike tracks and hard-surface roads for uphill cycling.

River Coghinas
The area overlooks a fertile valley fed by the waters of the River Coghinas and Lake Casteldoria. There’s an abundance of fragrant, exotic plant species with lush foliage, arriving from distant lands as a result of numerous journeys that men have made over the centuries.
